Any discussion, negotiation, or agreement regarding patents, intellectual property rights, or related matters must be explicitly addressed and finalised during product and price negotiations. Absent such a negotiated agreement, all patent rights remain solely with Quanton auton

TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

 Warranty & Liability

  • Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period specified in the contract.

  • This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external damages.

  • Liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products; indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, designs, and negotiations unless disclosure is required by law.
